Παλίμψηστον:
1. για αρχαίο χειρόγραφο (πάπυρο, περγαμηνή), του οποίου το αρχικό κείμενο ξύστηκε για να γραφτεί πάνω σε αυτό άλλο κείμενο: ~ κώδικας. Παλίμψηστη περγαμηνή. || (ως ουσ.) το παλίμψηστο.
